flash player 10 (Astro)… and new image processing language (Hydra)
flash, adobe image foundation toolkit, aif toolkit, flash player 10 No Comments »Astro using Hydra… sounds like some sort of crazy 80’s computer game.
but the latest announcement from the adobe camp is the release of flash player 10 (codenamed astro) that will use a new image processing language (codenamed hydra).
over at the adobe labs there’s a download of the Adobe Image Foundation Toolkit Technology Preview which you can preview the new language.
so in a nutshell you can create your own filters in the new release of the flash player.
